STXCCMAX is provided for personal study of market charts. By using it you agree to these terms. The app is licensed to you for use on Apple devices under the Apple Media Services terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement, together with these terms.
Everything in the app, including pattern results, track records and setup scores, is information for study and comparison. It is not investment, financial or trading advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Past pattern behaviour does not predict future prices.
The app does not place orders, hold money or assets, or connect to exchange or brokerage accounts. Setups are notes that the app compares with market prices; nothing is bought or sold on your behalf.
Market data in the app is provided by CoinGecko through its API. That data is the property of CoinGecko and its licensors. By using the app you also agree to use the data in a way consistent with CoinGecko's API Terms, including not copying, redistributing or reselling it. CoinGecko is not responsible for the app, and neither CoinGecko nor we guarantee that the data is complete, accurate or current. When market data can't be reached, the app shows sample figures and says so on screen.
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or decisions made on the basis of anything shown in the app, and CoinGecko has no liability to you in connection with the app or its data.
